# 不小心按到略過，要怎麼再找到課表

1. 按下準備開始跑步的按鈕，不要開始跑步，找到「訓練」\
   以 Garmin 645 為例，長按左邊中間的按鈕。
2. 按進訓練後，最下面有個「訓練行事曆」
3. 按進去就會看到本日課表。
4. 按下「開始訓練」就可以開始課表！
