RQ 群組是大家都可以加入，白金會員則是可以「創立群組」，教練有團體訓練開課表的需求，也可以申請「訓練營群組」或是「訂閱群組」

* 群組內人數無上限
* 可設定隱藏/公開 群組 （隱藏：有連結才能點選要求加入）
* 可看見成員公開的跑步紀錄
