# 如何使用 RQ 開課表 ?
簡單幾個步驟，讓你輕鬆用 RQ 開設專屬課表
### 第一步：打開訓練計畫
* RQ 網頁版 > 上方 「 訓練 」
* 點擊 「 訓練計畫 」
### 第二步：新增課表
訓練計畫打開，可看見空白月曆，並按下**「＋新增課表」**
### 第三步：編輯課表內容
課表總覽，的**名稱**、**類別**、**子類別及描述說明 (下圖紅框部分）**
*如果課表將來**會繼續使用**，請按下 「 存入課表範本 」*
自行安排課表內容，並按下「 創建 」
### 第四步：確認課表日期
課表會出現在上一步所選的日期底下。\
如果有按下 「 存入課表範本 」，課表將會出現在右邊 「 我的課表們 」 欄位
