可以看當前跑力圖表，跑力下方將顯示您最近三週內的跑力趨勢，為增加或降低的。

利用跑力圖表，您可以馬上看到自己在某一段時間裡(時間間隔可以自行拉選)的進步幅度，橘線為當前跑力曲線，它代表的是您真正實力的變化情形，若穩定往上爬就代表您的課表非常有效果。藍線為即時跑力曲線，它代表的是您每天的實力，因為每天狀況不一樣，所以它會上下跳動。
