# 停止 Apple 健康同步
您可以根據以下步驟，來停止 RQ 與 Apple 健康的跑步紀錄同步。
1. 點擊右上方 「…」
2. 點擊更多中的「連接裝置」
3. 在連接裝置中，服務的分類中，點擊「健康」
4. 看到您在 Apple 健康中的所有紀錄，點擊右上方的齒輪圖示。
5. 點擊最下方的「刪除同步」。
6. 在跳出提示框的時候，選擇「確定」即可中斷 Apple 健康與 RQ 的同步。
