# 如何與馬拉松世界手錶自動同步？

打開馬拉松世界 App，選擇「更多」 

1. 選擇 「Strava」 
2. 授權完成後 Strava 即可與馬拉松世界同步

4\. 打開 RQ App\
5\. 選擇右上角「···」，按下「裝置連結」 \
6\. 選擇 「Connect with Strava」 立即連接 \
7\. 授權完成後，您的馬拉松世界手錶便可與 RQ 連結。 \
（請記得您的馬拉松世界手錶要先與馬拉松世界連線喔！）
