# 如何新增跑鞋
### 方法1
1. 打開 RQ APP
2. 點選一筆跑步紀錄
3. 往下滑至最下方，可看見 「新增鞋款」，並按下「＋」
4. 在我的跑鞋頁面，右上角按下「＋」
5. 填寫您的跑鞋資料後按下「儲存」即可完成！

1. 點擊右上角 「 ... 」
2. 點擊 「我的跑鞋」
3. 點擊 「+」
