# 如何與 COROS 自動同步？

RQ App 版本：

1. 打開 RQ App
2. 右上角 「...」
3. 「連接裝置」
4. 選擇 「COROS」 並按照指示連接即可

RQ 網頁版連接方式：

1. 點擊右上角「上傳」
2. 點擊 COROS，登入 COROS 即可連接
