# 如何將課表傳送到手錶？

開始前，請您先將 RQ 帳號與您的 Garmin Connect 、Coros、AppleWatch 同步。

1. 開啟 RQ APP
2. 點選首頁右上角的 「 ··· 」
3. 選擇 「同步課表」 功能
4. 點選您的裝置，並依照畫面指示完成授權與同步流程

### 第一步：按進課表，點選「傳送至手錶」

如有安排課表，請將手錶與**Garmin Connect**同步，課表才會順利進到手錶中
