# 如何從 Garmin 匯入過去跑步紀錄
## 將過去跑步紀錄從 Garmin Connect 上同步至 RQ
1. 從 Garmin Connect 上，該筆紀錄的設定中，點擊 「匯出原始檔案 」。
2. 將下載的檔案解壓縮後得到 fit 檔。
3. 經由[上傳紀錄](https://www.runningquotient.com/calendar/upload)，選擇該筆 fit 檔，並點擊[手動上傳](/rqsupport/record/upload.md)按鈕。
