# 跑力是什麼意思？

 「跑力」一詞源自[《丹尼爾博士跑步方程式》（Daniels' Running Formula）](http://www.books.com.tw/products/0010654078)一書，作者以此值來定義跑者的能力等級。「跑力」可說是身體實際的最大攝氧量、跑步經濟性、跑者的心志毅力結合後的指標，「跑力」愈高代表您的跑步實力愈強。

試想想，即使兩個人擁有相同的最大攝氧量（通常最大攝氧量越高有氧能力越強），但 A 跑者比 B跑者擁有更好的跑步經濟性或更強烈的求勝意志，因此 A 跑者的「跑力」會比 B 跑者高。RQ 把跑力分為「[即時跑力](https://www.runningquotient.com/article/single/76)」和「[當前跑力](https://www.runningquotient.com/article/single/154)」。
