# 如何與 Apple Watch 自動同步？

同步 Apple Watch 跑步紀錄方式如下：

* 打開 [RQ iOS APP](https://apps.apple.com/tw/app/runningquotient/id1220263579)。
* 點擊畫面右上方「…」進入設定頁面。
* 選擇 「連接裝置」 > 健康。
* 點擊按鈕「連接」。
* 上傳全部紀錄，即可完成。

只要有「區段」的紀錄，上傳到 RQ 就會使用區段來作為分段的數據。\
如果沒有手動分段，就會保持自動每公里分段。
