# 如何複製課表

簡單幾個步驟，讓你輕鬆複製課表

### 第一步：打開訓練計畫

* RQ 網頁版 > 上方 「 訓練 」
* 點擊 「 訓練計畫 」

### 第二步：複製課表

點選課表後，點擊複製icon

你只能複製自己建立的課表，若由訓練計畫產生之課表將無法進行編輯、移動或複製。

複製成功後，即可看見已被複製的課表。

你可以拖曳課表卡片到目標日期，將複製出來的課表卡片安排至他日。
