### 第一步：打開訓練計畫

* RQ 網頁版 > 上方 「 訓練 」
* 點擊 「 訓練計畫 」

### 第二步：複製課表

點選課表後，點擊複製icon

複製成功後，即可看見已被複製的課，你可以自行選擇將課表安排至他日。
