# 圖表紀錄

* 每週訓練時間、距離、訓練指數統計。
* 每天的訓練指數（訓練量）將會以圓點呈現，圓點愈大，代表壓力愈大，反之亦然。
* 圓點的外環會顯示出各強度區間的比例，可以快速分辨紀錄是輕鬆跑抑或是高強度間歇。
* 使用者可以設定紀錄的訓練類型，包括 「 訓練 」 、「 比賽 」 或 「 其他 」。
