# 競賽跑力檢測

[競賽跑力檢測](https://www.runningquotient.com/tools/estimate)建議使用 **最近六個月以內** 的最佳成績，才能夠比較符合當前狀況。此外，如果您使用不同距離所檢測出來的競賽跑力不相同，建議可以以目標賽事距離降一個等級的競賽跑力為主，譬如目標賽事為全程馬拉松，那建議就使用半馬最佳成績所計算得來的跑力為基準；若目標賽事為十公里，那就建議使用五公里的競賽跑力，以此類推。而 RQ 會將您所有距離若是在六個月以內的最佳成績計算成競賽跑力後，直接平均變成您目前的 「 當前跑力 」。
