# Apple Watch

1. 手機 RQ APP 打開後，請點選右上角 「 ··· 」
2. 選擇 「 裝置連結 」 ，選擇  「 健康 」 
3. 選擇 「 連接 」 ，並同意所有資訊傳輸 
4. 同意後，可選擇上傳全部紀錄，就完成囉！
